I went in April in excruciating pain I had an infected impacted wisdom tooth Dr Scott was fabulous we did the extraction and then I also had a cracked off impacted wisdom tooth and I scheduled an appointment for the first week of May. Dr Scott pulled that one I felt so comfortable with her I asked her if she would be my regular dentist she said "she'd be honored". After the wisdom extraction we did a full set of xrays and she had to refer me out to a periodontist (Root perio in Frisco) her referral put me in good hands and then they released me back to Dr Scott. This week I had more excruciating pain next to the extracted wisdom tooth. I called them and Tasha said Dr Scott would be out for a week. She said she would try to get ahold of Dr Scott and see if I should come in. The pain was so great I called back and I went in saw another dentist. That dentist had great bed side manner and we went through a few options. I advised her of some of what Dr Scott had told me from prior visits and my xrays. She gave me an RX for pain and also antibiotics to keep the infection in check. I'm scheduled for a week from now with Dr Scott for a crown. I work in restaurants and it's so tough to take a day off for anything and this dental practice has and is making my dental issues a thing of the past. Where else can you schedule a doctors appointment at 9 pm their service is cutting edge. I wish more doctors would do this so that we can work and get the care we need at an affordable price.

After Hours Dentistry literally saved the day for me. The night before Thanksgiving and my front tooth chipped big time! Immediately I was in disbelief and I knew everywhere was closed including my usual dentist. Thankfully I found them and called. I have never been to an after hours dentist and didn’t know what to expect and was really nervous. I used to work in the dental field and I didn’t want someone to do a bad job on my front teeth. But I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The Dentist Dr. Jon I think is his name was great! Very experienced and honestly the only thing I regret is not finding them sooner. I wish they would have done my fillings and crowns etc. I have had a filling fail twice on my front tooth and I waited to write my review just in case... even though I could tell his work was way better than my dentists! Forget all the corporate big chains. This dentist really took his time to make it strong and look nice! Loooong review but I rarely do these and had to share my experience. Thank you!!!

Absolutely loved the staff. I’ve never been to a dentist that made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist but I definitely won’t mind anymore. The prices were a little higher than average but considering they are the only place open after regular working hours I can’t complain. I work until 7 Monday-Saturday so to find a nice place that’s open is a blessing. I did pay completely out of pocket. I do wish they had some sort of discount for out of pocket or paying in full but it’s not that big of a deal. The place was very clean and everyone was so kind. Always asking if I was okay and telling me that I was doing great. I got a tooth pulled and three cavities filled. I paid about 250-300 for each. Regular prices for cavities just a bit on the higher end for the extraction. Again I absolutely can not complain about the price due to the great customer service and amazing hours. The were so informative and even gave me a care sheet that had the nearest 24/7 pharmacy. Definitely my go to for any other issues. Couldn’t recommend more

Had a toothache for 3 days, tried everything, to no avail. Went to After Hours Dentistry, after they scheduled me over the phone . They took me right in after screening me for Covid and I met Tasha and Dr. Scott. I had a couple of xrays, and the good doctor told me she could help. Melissa, I believe to be her name, I could be wrong, (I'm married so I normally am) told me the pricing, which was not only fair, but of a tremendous value. The rest, as they say, is history. Dr. Scott extracted the offending tooth, and we laughed the whole time she was doing it. Great staff, great doctor, great experience. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks ya'll! Many many thanks to the great staff and Dr. Jones. I was in awful pain with an abscessed tooth. This tooth had a previous root canal and crown. Dr. Jones was very comforting explaining about my need to see and Endodontist and about the meds he was prescribing me. I had the best experience! I highly recommend After Hours. I have pretty severe anxiety about going to the dentist- I shake and cry and get nauseous, everything. Last week, I had to get a tooth pulled. Was referred to After Hours. I got an appointment very quickly (within a day of my call). Everyone in the office was incredibly kind. No judgement, no lectures, no scolding about my bad habits. They were very comforting and gentle. The office is very clean and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable, even without insurance.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out from another dentist from a different place , which eventually led me to having an infection four weeks later 😐. My wife recommended I stop by an Urgent Dentist, so I could verify if it was a infection and to have it treated if it was. We found After Hours in Allen early in the week, since my mouth had swelled up I needed to have it treated right away. We called them, and they were able to squeezes me in as a walk in. The staff Tasha, Sheila, and Bri were friendly and made sure I was comfortable before seeing Dr “Joe” Ayitey Arjun. He quickly was able to verify it was an infection and provided me with the right medication and to also come back for a follow up at no additional cost. A smooth, and fast experience. Lastly I made it to my follow up about an hour early and they were able to see me right away. I definitely would recommend them.

Omg I cannot recommend them enough. I was having terrible tooth pain for over 24hrs and finally decided I needed to see someone for it. Unfortunately all of my in-network dentists were closed for the weekend and I couldn’t wait another 24hrs until Monday. My husband and I are so impressed with After Hours Dentistry, Dr. Joe and Manager, Holly. Our 14 yr. old son needed to have 1 baby tooth and 2 adult teeth extracted, by direction of his Orthodontist. I have called more than 6 highly rated oral surgery offices in Plano, Frisco and Allen to get cost and information on extraction procedures. Our dental insurance is pretty pathetic through BCBS and we have an HSA, so our deductible is high. We were looking at an average cost of $1,600.00 out of pocket. I happened to share my frustration of that cost with a friend who recommended After Hours Dentistry. I thought it was only for "emergency" services. I called and was able to get a consult the same evening with the Manager, Holly and Dr. Joe. They both made our son feel so comfortable! Dr. Joe has a great bedside manner and he spoke directly to our son, which made him understand that it was important that he know what would be happening and they wanted him comfortable. The procedure was scheduled for the following evening. We were done in an hour. Dr. Joe called today to follow up to see how our son is doing- and he is doing very well. Such professionals! We are grateful to After Hours Dentistry for how well they cared for us/ our son and that their cost was not nearly as high as the other oral surgeons- working out a payment arrangement with us that we could afford. We highly recommend them!

At 10 PM Friday night my rear molar broke off. I called AHD and was told no problem walking in. The lady answering the phone took my name and was exremely friendly while making an appt. When I arrived there was 1 person being worked on. I filled out my paperwork online, very easily. Again, the lady at the front desk kept saying she could help me if needed. After maybe 20 minutes she took my x-ray and seated me in the chair. Dr. Sammy Mahmoud (Dr. Sammy) came in. He had a great personality and made me feel relaxed and confident. The tooth was not painful, but because of a previous root canal and filling Dr. Sammy said it might be best for me to see a Dental Surgeon as the tooth will probably break up while being pulled, but indicated he would be glad to try to take the tooth out if I wanted. Even though it was after 11:30 he did not rush my decision, but indicated it could take until 2 in the morning to get it out and cleaned up. Since I was by myself and didn't want to drive on pain meds I decided to go see a surgeon on Monday. I did not feel that Dr. Sammy or the lady at the desk were just looking to close up at 12 PM., but I felt they gave me the best advice for my situation (which shows making money was not their first goal). I would recommend AHD to my family.

Okay so my dentist was unavailable due to covid. I honestly was convinced I had died already cause the pain was so excruciating. So my hubby found this place and we went there. I loved the yummy dentist. I had to pull out the damaged tooth so I left looking like an alien. The receptionist was lovely as well. The payment was explained and taken care off and everything went well. However I received a letter from my insurance stating I owed 500$ to the after Hours and to expect a bill from them. I was livid. I had already paid. I called the receptionist a couple of times and I wasn’t particularly friendly. But each time I called she ALWAYS maintained her calm and was very sweet. This was remarkable as although I wasn’t rude, You could tell I was pretty peeved. Finally, Holly the manager called me back and she sorted everything out. She was transparent and really appreciated her explaining things to me. They are literally life savers cause having to sleep through a toothache is pretty much impossible. Glad they’re there.❤️❤️
